Most disappointed with the product. Purchased one which worked for about 4-5 days and thereafter the vibrations stopped and only the heating continued. Made a complaint and got a replacement. This one worked for about a week or 10 days after which the vibration stopped. Now have given up and reconciled to the financial loss.

This is horrible product from this vendor...this is the second time bought after returning the defective piece from the same vendor... This product is not only useless but also risky as it produced spark when plugged...so I would suggest amazon to immediately take this off from there site
